Married 77 year old Israeli politician Ehud Barak was caught on camera hiding his face and sneaking into Jeffrey Epstein’s NYC townhouse in 2016; a group of young beauties also were spotted going in shortly after, the Daily Mail reported.
Ehud Barak is head of the Israeli Democratic Party and a challenger to Benjamin Netanyahu in the September election.
Epstein was convicted of soliciting a teenage girl into prostitution in 2008 and was indicted last week in connection with allegations that he was involved in sex trafficking of multiple minors in New York and Florida between 2002 and 2005.
“I was there, for lunch or chat, nothing else. So what?” Barak snapped, defending himself. “I never attended a party with him. I never met Epstein in the company of women or young girls.”
Barak went inside looking suspicious, with his face covered and came out donning a Russian-style fur hat. He claims that he covered his face because of the January New York weather: “It was so cold the Middle Easterner had to put on a hat.”
Barak was Israeli PM from 1999-2001 and defence minister from 2007-13. During his tenure as PM, he dismantled the South Lebanon Army in 2000 — a pro-Israeli Christian militia in the Lebanese civil war.
Doing so, he effectively handed Southern Lebanon to Hezbollah which continues to be a thorn in the side of Israel’s stability to this day.
According to the Haaretz, Epstein invested millions of dollars in Barak’s company, Carbyne, which develops geolocation software for emergency services.
The former PM confirmed that he had also been to Little St. James, Epstein’s private island in the US Virgin Islands, even after revelations that Epstein used the island for underage sex. Barak claims that he was unaware of Epstein’s nefarious activities on this island - which for years, locals had dubbed ‘Pedophile Island.’
Netanyahu’s Likud Party has already called for the Attorney-General to conduct a full criminal investigation into Barak’s ties to Epstein.
The four women included friends of Epstein, Sue Hamblin and Jennifer Kalin as well as Russian model Lana Pozhidaeva. The fourth woman remains unidentified.
Epstein is currently locked away in the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan. He has been charged with sex trafficking and conspiracy to traffic minors for sex.
