Donald Trump Jr. re-tweeted a humorous parody video made by Joseph “Joey Salads” Saladino today, helping the upstart Congressional candidate go viral on social media for poking fun at the fake news leader CNN.

The video titled, “Did CNN Dox a Baby?” featured the Republican Congressional candidate for New York’s 11th district doing a mock report on behalf of portly propagandist Brian Stelter about a white baby attacking a black baby.

Trump Jr. shared the video to his Twitter followers shortly after it was posted, in what may be interpreted as an endorsement of sorts for Joey Salads’ populist grassroots political candidacy.

Salads is taking on Asm. Nicole Malliotakis (R-East Shore/South Brooklyn) in a heated primary with the hopes of battling Democratic Congressman Max Rose in next year’s general election. Malliotakis is not only weak at memes, but she is a Marco Rubio worshiper who deeply regrets her vote for President Trump in 2016.

“I’d write in Marco Rubio…I’d write in Marco Rubio so that I could tell you I voted Marco Rubio,” Malliotakis said in 2017 about regretting her Trump vote.

She has frequently bashed the President to score points with the fake news media on many occasions:

Trump Jr. has recognized that there is only one alpha in the race who has the dragon energy to uphold the MAGA agenda once elected to Congress, and that individual is Joey Salads. He is the only candidate in New York who will stand up for Trump’s agenda, no matter what the cost.
