CNN’s Jim Acosta really thought he had accomplished something after a judge ordered Acosta to receive a temporary press pass to the White House after the Trump administration had banned this lying weasel from obtaining intimate access to the President.

But after two weeks, Acosta will go right back on the sh-tlist where he belongs. According to the Daily Beast, the White House informed Acosta yesterday that when his temporary pass expires, he is banned once more.
“The White House is continuing to violate the First and 5th Amendments of the Constitution. These actions threaten all journalists and news organizations. Jim Acosta and CNN will continue to report the news about the White House and the President,” CNN said in an official release from Sunday.
CNN is expected to seek a preliminary injunction, as they beg the courts to protect their fake news hack and his special privileges. They are unable to point to any language in the 1st or 5th Amendments to the Constitution specifically that establish irrevocable access to the President for corporate entities and their employees. CNN hopes that the courts will conjure this “right” for Acosta essentially out of thin air.
“This is a high-risk confrontation for both sides,” wrote mainstream commentator Mike Allen in an Axios report in what can be seen as a warning of sorts to CNN. “It turns out that press access to the White House is grounded very much in tradition rather than in plain-letter law. So a court fight could result in a precedent that curtails freedom to cover the most powerful official in the world from the literal front row.”
While the biased unelected lawyers of the corrupt court system will not make it easy for the Trump administration to punish this bad actor, the fact that the President is actually willing to fight is refreshing. Most cucked Republicans would have bent over to the fake news to avoid negative coverage, but not Trump. He is willing to call these bastards out and create consequences for their seditious behavior. He has put the Jim Acosta’s of the world on defense, and for that, we each owe him a great debt!
